How do your fees work?

We assess a move in fee; upwards of 1,200/1,400 dollars! 
The company does not assess refundable security deposit fees. 
- Our legal-team advised us against accepting a refundable deposit due to the complex nature of security deposit laws. The rent is NOT expected to be late and fees can be assessed if it is late! (see lease for more details ) 

How many homes should I look at before I make a decision? 

The 717 area code boasts some options for living. We put ZERO pressure on potential tenants, you are free to explore any amount of homes that you please! Best wishes on the searches! 

How is EJ Rental Group LLC different from others in our field?

The company is not a BIG CORPORATION! 
Isn’t that reason enough? 

Are my deposits refundable? 

In a very rare case, parts of a deposit amount may be refundable! We hold no legal or ethical requirement to return a fee of any kind! We take a non-refundable move in fee that will go towards ADMIN COSTS/OFFICE and VACANCY COSTS! 

Who do I call for maintenance? 

Emergencies are serious! You can directly call the emergency line!
If not emergency, please send email or a TEXT MESSAGE! Thank you! 

What do you guys look for in a tenant? 

Positive attitude! Respectful! Doesn’t make financial excuses to landlord about paying rent! Good references! Not PETTY; We are against receiving calls that are NOT permitted! Maintain a house in proper manner! Long-Term plans to live in the unit! Drama free! (We never engage in personal drama with a tenant! Strictly business) 

Does EJ-RENTAL submit notices? 

Yes, written notices for certain updates! 

How will the relationship be with the property manager? 

We strive to maintain a basic professional relationship! 
We are against adding tenants on social media and developing unprofessional relations!

Does EJ RENTAL have a waiting list for housing? 

No, we do not maintain a waiting list.
